Andrew Pierce and Ashley Hudson became deeply entwined after their first meeting. Ashley was 17 years old and was never in any kind of romantic relationship and took everything very slow. They fell in love with each other at first sight. Andrew prayed to God on New Year's Eve, right as 2016 was about to begin. Andrew demanded God to grant him one last blessing for the year to see Ashley decide to marry him and that she would be married. Ashley decided to plan the perfect wedding that had a rustic wooden theme that would truly represent her as well as Andrew. Their wedding day included all their loves. Ashley developed in the 40 acres of land picked as the location for their wedding. Ashley was familiar with the whole area, having explored it and even played in the area. Andrew and Ashley had also walked in this spot several times since when they first started dating. Being that the wedding was largely DIY, personalization played an important aspect.
